Getting started
What do I have to do?
One short call or form to check your details, a couple of one-time steps to give us access to your Google profile and web address (we walk you through them), and photos if you have them. Then you read one page a month and say yes or no to what we suggest.
What is the free sample site?
A working sample of your new home page, built from your public info before you pay anything. We send you a private link, usually within 2 business days. It's hidden from Google and never shown to anyone without your OK.
How fast can I get started?
Your free sample is usually ready within 2 business days. After you say yes, we aim to have your site live within two weeks.
I already have a website. Do I have to replace it?
Usually we rebuild it so it's faster and easier to call from. If you have online booking or payments you want to keep, we link to them as they are.
Do I have to log in to anything?
No. We run everything, and you get one page a month by email.
Price and terms
How much does it cost?
Package 1 is $74 a month and Package 2 is $299 a month, founding prices for our first 5 clients. No setup fee. Google Ads are an optional +$200 a month, plus the ad budget you set, paid to Google.
Is there a contract?
Try it for a month. If it's not for you, cancel after month 1 and keep the new site. After that it's month to month.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel after month 1 and you keep the new site. The design and all the work behind it are yours. You get a zip of your site files, and it stays up 30 days while you move it. Your domain, Google profile, reviews, and ad account were always in your name.
Can I pay for a year?
Yes. Pay for 10 months and get 12.
What does the founding price mean?
Our first 5 paying clients get 25% off, locked in for as long as they stay. If you cancel, the rate is gone for good. Switching plans keeps it.
The work
Do you post on Facebook or Instagram?
No. We focus on where people search when they're ready to hire: Google, Google Maps, other listings, and AI answers.
Do you contact my customers for reviews?
No. You hand them a tap card or send the ready-made text. We never contact your customers ourselves.
What happens with a bad review?
We email you a heads-up and a suggested reply. You decide what to post.
Can you get me into the top 3 on Google Maps?
We can't promise it, and nobody honest can. Google picks by relevance, distance, and how well known you look. We work on the parts you can change and show you where you stand each month.
Who does the work?
Zach does, with AI tools handling routine checks and first drafts. Zach reviews every suggestion and every change before it reaches you or your profile. More on how it works.
Fit
Do you work only with roofers?
Roofers, plumbers, HVAC, and other home and trade services are our focus. If you run another kind of local business, call and ask. We'll tell you straight if we're a fit.
Do you promise more calls or a top spot on Google?
No. Nobody honest can. Google decides who shows, and AI answers change from one ask to the next. We do the work that helps, and the report shows you what happened each month.
Do you only work near Chicago?
No. We're based in Woodridge, IL, and everything we do is online, so we work with trade businesses anywhere in the US.
